Former Abortion Clinic Turned Pregnancy Center
The Catholic Charities Mother of Mercy free clinic in Manassas, Virginia, formerly an abortion clinic, has an annual value of $2.1million worth of services and has seen over 1,000 women since they began providing care of pregnant women in 2019. Not only does Mother of Mercy provide care to women during their pregnancies but they provide material assistance after birth as well. “At our clinic, we believe that life includes the mother, so it’s not just having that baby born but we promote the mother’s health, so the mother’s health is very important for us” says program director Alexandra Luevano.
